GingerMark, LLC (“GingerMark,” “we,” “us”) helps people find experienced real estate agents. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers gingermark.com and the conversations that start from it.

GingerMark, LLC is based in Northern Nevada. Referrals are made by Ginger Easley, RE/MAX Realty Affiliates, Nevada License # S.0078114.

What this website collects
This website doesn’t ask for or collect personal information. It has no forms, no accounts, no advertising, and no analytics, and it doesn’t set cookies.
Our web server doesn’t keep a log of visits. Like any web server, it records technical errors, and an error record can include the IP address and browser details of the request that caused it. We use those records only to keep the site working.
Fonts. The site’s typefaces are delivered by Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google. That request gives Google your IP address and basic browser information. Google explains how it handles these requests in its Google Fonts privacy FAQ. Apart from that request, no third party collects information about your activity on this site, over time or across other websites.
What you share when you contact us
When you email or call us, you may share your name, email address, phone number, and details about your situation — whether you’re buying or selling, where, your timeline, and anything else you choose to tell us.
We use that information to understand what you need, match you with an agent, and follow up about that match. We don’t use it for unrelated marketing, and we don’t add you to mailing lists.
Who we share it with
- The agent we match you with — only with your okay, and only what they need to help you.
- Service providers that help us run GingerMark, such as our email and web hosting providers. They handle information only to provide their services to us.
- When the law requires it, such as in response to a valid legal request, or when needed to protect someone’s rights or safety.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to help with your referral. After that, we keep it only as long as needed to maintain records a licensed real estate business is required to keep, or to resolve questions or disputes.
How we protect it
This site is served only over an encrypted connection, and we use reputable providers for email and hosting. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email Mark@GingerMark.com and we’ll respond promptly. We may need to confirm your identity first. If we’re required to keep certain records, we’ll tell you what we kept and why.
Nevada residents
Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A) gives Nevada residents the right to direct a website operator not to sell certain personal information. We don’t sell personal information. If you’d like to submit a request anyway, email Mark@GingerMark.com with the subject “Nevada Opt-Out,” and we’ll respond within 60 days.
Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Other websites
Our links to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook take you to sites we don’t control. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date at the top.
